  • Shipping - Free Shipping (SG)

    Delivery Time:

    1-2 working days for us to process your order.
    2-5 working days for the courier to dispatch your item.
    Hence, expect total of 3 to 7 working days from the time you placed an order from us.

    Cost: Free

    Trackable:  No. However, we will provide evidence of package upon request The item will be deliver to your mailbox.

  • Shipping - Ninjavan/QXpress (SG)

    Delivery Time:

    1-2 working days for us to process your order.
    1-5 working days for the courier to dispatch your item
    Hence, expect total of 2 to 7 working days from the time you placed an order from us.

    Cost: S$4

    Trackable:  Yes.

    Once we have prepared and dispatching your item, you will receive a shipping email.
    The tracking number can be found in the email.

    Courier:

    Ninjavan
    Ninjavan will send you an SMS. You can contact Ninjavan if you are not at home. Alternatively, you may ask them to leave it at the riser or somewhere hidden outside your unit. They will made 2 delivery attempts before they will return the package to us.

    QDelivery

    QDelivery will send you an SMS on the day of delivery. They will contact you if you are not at home. They will made few attempts before they will return the package back to us.

  • Shipping - POP Station (SG)

    Delivery Time:

    1-2 working days for us to process your order.
    2-5 working days for the courier to dispatch your item.
    Hence, expect total of 3 to 7 working days from the time you placed an order from us.

    Cost: S$8.0

    Trackable:  Yes.

    Please indicate your preferred popstation location in the order comment box when you check out your order. You may contact us if you forgot to indicate.

    After we have dispatch to SingPost, SingPost will post your items to your preferred POPStation the next working day.
    An SMS will be sent to you to inform you that it can be collected.
    You may go down to POPStation anytime 24/7 and to collect your item, follow the instruction as displayed in the POPStation screen.

  • Shipping - Same/Next Day Delivery (SG)

    Delivery Time:

    Order placed before 3pm will be deliver within the same day.

    Order placed after 3pm may be deliver within the same day (subjected to courier availablilty) but will definitely deliver by the following day.

    Cost: S$15.0 flat.

    Trackable:  Depends

    We maybe engaging our own courier fleet for delivery or we maybe engaging grab express, depending on the availablity.

    Courier: Own courier fleet or GrabXpress

  • Shipping - Self Collection (SG)

    Delivery Time:

    Collection on the same day is possible. Please whatsapp us to first before coming to the meet-up area. We need about 1-2 hours to prepare the items.

    Cost: Free

    Trackable:  No. 

    Self collection is at Fernvale LRT. We are generally available from Mon to Sun 9am to 11pm. Last collection timing is 11pm. Please whatsapp us to make appointment.

    If you are driving, please drive to this junction and turn in to the LRT.

    During the meet-up, we will be carrying your items in our company recycleable bag labeled "MM3288" for easy identification.

    Courier: None

  • Shipping - QXpress (All other countries except SG)

    Delivery Time:

    1-2 working days for us to process your order.
    5-20 working days for the courier to dispatch your item
    Hence, expect total of 6 to 22 working days from the time you placed an order from us.

    Cost: Table rate. Calculated at checkout page

    Trackable:  Yes.

    Once we have prepared and dispatching your item, you will receive a shipping email.
    The tracking number can be found in the email.

  • Packing - How does the packaging looks like? Is it decreet?

    We will put in a white poly mailer.

    There will be no mention of our company (lingeriesg) nor our website. Invoice wil be provided.

  • Returns - I receive wrong/damange/wrong size item

    Wrong Item/Damage Item

    If you receive a wrong item or the item is damage, please contact us for a replacement. Please also provide a photo of the wrong item or damage item.

    Due to hygiene purpose, you may keep the wrong or damage item for free.

    Wrong Size/Exchange

    Due to hygiene purpose, we strictly do not allow exchange or refund.

  • Email Order - I did not receive email after placing the order

    Our website will send out the order email within 30 mins.

    If you are using gmail, please check the spam box.

    If you still did not receive any email after 30 mins, please check the spam box.

    If you still did not receive any email, please contact us and we will resend the order email again.

  • Size Chart - Where do I check the size chart

    On the product page, click on the details and check if it mention any measurement.
